Once you submit an inquiry form for a custom personal cake, event cake, wedding cake, or mini cake kit, you will receive an email from me within 48 hours with your custom quote.

You will then have 24 hours to confirm your order by submitting your initial payment through Venmo or PayPal. Please note that your order is not officially booked until your payment is received.

The remaining balance is due before pickup of your cake. I can’t wait to create something special for you!

Because each cake is custom-made with care, time, and preparation, please review the following policies before placing your order.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order and is non-refundable once your order is confirmed. Your date is not officially reserved until your deposit has been received.

Remaining Balance

The remaining 50% of your order total is due before pickup.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible.

• Deposits: The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before pickup: If you have paid in full, you will receive a refund equal to 50% of the total order cost.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup: If you have paid in full, you will receive a refund equal to 25% of the total order cost.

Please note that cancellation requests are based on your scheduled pickup time.

Rescheduling

Requests to change your pickup date are subject to availability. Please provide as much notice as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your request. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Order Changes

Changes to your cake design, size, flavor, or other order details must be requested in advance and approved by me. Please note that changes may affect the final price.

Pickup & Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup. I offer a 15-minute grace period. If you anticipate being late, please text me as soon as possible to let me know. Arrivals beyond the grace period may require a new pickup arrangement, depending on my availability and may be subject to a late fee.

While I recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, I accept orders up to one week before your desired pickup date.

Need a cake sooner? I may be able to accommodate last-minute orders depending on my availability. A rush fee will apply to orders placed less than one week in advance. Please reach out to inquire about availability!

Unfortunately, I don’t offer either option at this time, but I’m excited to hopefully introduce them in the future!

My cakes may contain common allergens, including wheat, eggs, milk, tree nuts, soy, and other ingredients depending on the recipe. Please let me know about any allergies or dietary concerns when submitting your inquiry.

While I’m happy to provide ingredient information, I cannot guarantee that my products are free from cross-contact with allergens.
